Fees
Every fee for Community Support Funds, Social Impact Campaigns, and Education Opportunity Funds, what each covers, and what’s left after fees. No setup fee and no monthly fee. Fees are percentages of each donation and of each payout, plus two charges for exceptions: chargebacks and gifts that arrive outside your donation page.

Donors can choose at checkout to cover the processing fee, the platform fee, or both. Donors who want to send a wire should use ACH instead; checks and eChecks aren’t accepted.

Platform-fee tiers apply to the size of each donation, for both program types. Education Opportunity Funds accept ACH and DAF grants only.

What the fees pay for
- Platform: your donation page, the dashboard, application and grant workflows, records, and support from our team.
- Sponsor: the charity’s work: receiving gifts, issuing receipts, reviewing grants, and its own compliance.
- Processing and banking: moving money in by card, bank, or DAF, and out to recipients.
Do fees reduce a donor’s tax receipt?
No. The receipt comes from the sponsor and shows the full amount the donor paid, including any fees the donor chose to cover. Grants from a donor-advised fund are acknowledged by the sponsor but give the donor no new deduction; the deduction was taken when the DAF was funded.
